By acquiring the business of Mulder & Rijke, the Umoe Schat-Harding Group has yet again strengthened its portfolio of brand names and the engineering capability to provide the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) back up and after-sales support to those products as required to maintain and enhance the standard of safety of the major fleets and offshore installations around the world.
